Don’t kiss and talk about it ….
The above words were spoken by American actress Carole Lombard (1908 - 1942), whose birthday is today. Lombard actually made this statement in the context of giving advice to women, finishing her comment with the words “men don’t.” From the website I surveyed, it appears that she knew a HECK of a lot about Clark Gable – what we might refer to now as TMI – and ironically, she talked about it -- but apparently knew nothing at all about men’s locker room talk.
